The indoor monitor supports multi-camera live view, quad-screen recording, and motion & human detection.
Outdoor units feature IP66 weatherproof and IK09 vandal-resistant design, making the system rugged, installer-friendly, and retrofit-ready.
3. How long is delivery time?
Sample orders are usually delivered within 3-7 working days, while mass production orders take approximately 15-25 working days, depending on order quantity and configuration.
4. How about warranty?
We offer a standard 2-year warranty for all our products. Extended warranty options are available upon request at a reasonable cost. In addition, we provide lifetime technical support and professional after-sales training services.
5. What is your payment terms?
A: T/T, L/C, PayPal and so on. O/A is welcomed if with good credit record for our cooperation.
6. What is Minimum Order Quantity?
Sample orders are welcome. Pricing becomes more competitive with larger order quantities. OEM/ODM services are available for products with a flexible and low MOQ.
7. How to ship the goods?
A: For small parcels, we recommend to use the express, such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS etc. For bulk order, we can ship the products to your forwarder or find a best shipping way for you.
